today i started experiencing an uncomfortable anxiety thing!
the sensation of burning skin!
for a few hours today my skin whenever touched (even super gently) would feel like an awful sunburn that was just slapped. and it would travel up and around, it was kinda shitty !
i’m honestly suprised that wasn’t an effect i have more often
since i am regularly visited by the anxiety attack gods
anyway
it was kind of a drag but it’s over now
